OLA S1 Pro customers who have their vehicle invoice date on or before 30th March 2023 are eligible for a refund.
Check your vehicle invoice for your invoice date. Or you can open the OLA app and head to Your Orders → OLA S1 Pro Order → View Invoice → Vehicle Invoice
Once we have verified your bank details, it will take a few weeks for the refund to reflect in your account.
Customers who are eligible for a refund will be notified and asked to submit their bank details via the OLA App. Once these details are verified, it will take a few weeks for the refund to reflect in their account.
We have agreed with the Government to refund the charger amount to only our S1 Pro customers. S1 customers are not eligible for the charger refund.
To check the status of your refund, open the OLA app and go to Your Orders → OLA S1 Pro order → Claim your charger refund.
