Service Trust Guarantee

What is the Service Guarantee benefit?

If your Ola Electric vehicle remains at an authorized Ola Electric service center for more than 7 calendar days for eligible service-related work, you may receive an Ola Cabs coupon worth ₹500 for every additional week the vehicle continues to remain at the service center.

Who can avail this benefit?

This benefit can be availed by customers whose vehicle is:

serviced at an authorized Ola Electric service center
at the service center for more than 7 calendar days
linked to an Ola Cabs account registered on the same mobile number as the vehicle

Can old/existing customers avail this benefit?

Yes, old/existing customers can avail this benefit, provided their vehicle meets the eligibility criteria under the program and the service case qualifies under the applicable terms and conditions.

Is this benefit available for all service cases?

No. This benefit is not applicable for service delays arising due to battery-related repairs or motor-related repairs.

How will I receive the benefit?

The benefit will be provided as an Ola Cabs coupon credited to your Ola Cabs account linked with the same mobile number as your Ola Electric vehicle.

What if I do not have an Ola Cabs account on the same number?

In such cases, the benefit will not be applicable unless an Ola Cabs account is created and mapped to the same registered mobile number.

When will the coupon be credited?

The coupon will be credited on a weekly basis, for every additional week the vehicle continues to remain at the authorized service center after the first 7 days.

Will I get the benefit if my vehicle is not physically present at the service center?

No. The vehicle must remain physically available at the authorized service center during the eligible period. If the vehicle is found to be with the owner or not available at the service center, Ola Electric reserves the right to cancel the benefit.

Can this benefit be transferred or redeemed for cash?

No. The benefit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.

Does Ola Electric have the right to reject a claim?

Yes. Ola Electric reserves the right to verify service records, vehicle details, registered mobile number details, and vehicle availability before issuing the coupon. Any mismatch, misuse, or ineligible case may lead to cancellation of the benefit.

Buyback Guarantee

What is Buyback Guarantee?

Buyback Guarantee is a program under which eligible customers can request a buyback of their Ola vehicle after completing the minimum ownership period, subject to vehicle evaluation and eligibility checks. The buyback value will be provided in the form of Ola Credits, which can be used against the purchase of eligible Ola products.

Is this a separately purchasable program?

No. This is not a separately purchasable program. It is offered by Ola as part of the vehicle ownership proposition for eligible customers.

When can I request buyback?

You may request buyback anytime between completion of 36 months and up to 48 months from the date of vehicle delivery, subject to program availability and eligibility.

How do I request buyback?

You can raise a buyback request on the Ola App. After that, you will be able to book an appointment for vehicle evaluation at an authorized Ola evaluation/service center.

How is the final buyback price decided?

The final buyback price is determined after inspection and evaluation of the vehicle at the center. The quoted amount is subject to the overall condition of the vehicle and satisfaction of program eligibility criteria.

What condition should the vehicle be in?

The vehicle must be in good running condition, have a complete service history from OLA service centers, and not have undergone any major structural damage or unauthorized modifications. Minor wear and tear will be acceptable

Are minor scratches or wear and tear acceptable?

Yes. Minor wear and tear consistent with normal usage may be acceptable. However, the final decision will depend on vehicle inspection.

Can I get the buyback amount in cash?

No. The buyback value will not be paid in cash. It will be issued only as Ola Credits.

What can I use Ola Credits for?

Ola Credits can be used against the purchase of eligible Ola products, as permitted by Ola at the time of redemption.

Is the buyback guaranteed at 60% or 50%?

No. The customer is eligible for a value up to those limits. The final amount will depend on inspection, condition, service record, and other checks.

Will vehicles with loan or hypothecation be eligible?

No. The vehicle must be free from hypothecation at the time of buyback.

Can a vehicle with unauthorized modifications be accepted?

No. Vehicles with unauthorized modifications may be rejected from the program.

Can Ola reject a buyback request?

Yes. Ola may reject a request if the vehicle does not meet eligibility criteria, fails inspection, has incomplete service history, has major damage, has ownership/document mismatch, or is under hypothecation.
