Offer Validity

• The #EndICEAge offer is applicable only during the declared offer period from 26th March, 2026 till 30th April, 2026 as communicated by Ola Electric, unless extended, modified or withdrawn at the sole discretion of Ola.
• The offer is valid on the following variants:
• S1 X 2kWh, S1 X 3kWh, S1 X 4kWh, S1 X+ 4kWh
• S1 Pro 3kWh, S1 Pro 4kWh, S1 Pro+ 4kWh, S1 Pro+ 5.2 kWh
• Roadster X 2.5kWh, Roadster X 3.5kWh, Roadster X 4.5kWh, Roadster X+ 4.5 kWh, Roadster X 9.1kWh

Eligibility

• The Offer is applicable only to customers choosing to opt to purchase through all official Ola Electric channels, including the official website, app or Ola Stores, during the Offer period.
• The Offer will be extended to customers who successfully place an order for any of the above mentioned variant/model of the vehicle during the Offer window.
• The Offer shall be subject to availability of stocks of specific variants until the stocks last. Such limited stocks of the specific variants shall be communicated to the Customer.
• The Customers shall be eligible to a limited number of coupons per day, available on a first come first serve basis and applicable only to select variants. Customers are advised to check with the Sales Executive on the availability of the coupons for the specific variants.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product variant without prior notice.

Offer Details

• The Offer is valid on the abovementioned variants at attractive prices as shall be communicated to the Customer via official Ola Electric channels.
• The prices shall be indicative of ex-showroom prices for the select variants and may vary based on location, accessories and other additional charges.
• Final on-road price shall be communicated at the time of purchase of the vehicle.
• The actual benefit may vary depending on model and location.

Redemption & Purchase

• Validity for purchase is restricted to the abovementioned Offer period only and cannot be carried forward or transferred or redeemed at a future time period.
• Orders once placed under the offer cannot be cancelled, transferred or modified to claim benefits outside the abovementioned Offer period.

Service Trust Guarantee

• If a customer’s Ola Electric vehicle remains at an authorized Ola Electric service center for more than 7 calendar days for service-related work, the customer will be eligible to receive an Ola Cabs coupon worth ₹500 for each additional week that the vehicle continues to remain at the service center.
• The purpose of this benefit is to support customer mobility during the extended service period.
• The Ola Cabs coupon will be credited only to the Ola Cabs account registered with the same mobile number as the one linked to the customer’s Ola Electric vehicle.
• If the customer does not have an Ola Cabs account registered with the same mobile number, the benefit will not be applicable unless such an account is created and mapped accordingly.
• Coupon crediting will be done on a weekly basis, subject to the vehicle continuing to remain at the service center beyond the initial 7-day period.
• This benefit is not applicable in cases where the service delay is due to battery-related repairs or motor-related repairs.
• This benefit is applicable only for vehicles serviced at authorized Ola Electric service centers.
• The vehicle must remain physically available at the authorized service center during the eligible service period. If at any time the vehicle is found to be with the owner, removed from the service center, or otherwise not available at the service center, Ola Electric reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or revoke the benefit.
• Ola Electric reserves the right to verify service records, vehicle ownership details, registered mobile number details, and vehicle availability status before issuing the coupon.
• Any misuse, duplicate claim, or mismatch in customer details may lead to withholding or cancellation of the benefit.
• Ola Electric reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue this program at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Buyback Guarantee:

• Under the Ola Assured Buyback program, eligible customers may request buyback of their Ola vehicle between 36 months and 48 months from the date of vehicle delivery, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• The buyback value shall be up to 60% of the applicable reference vehicle value at 36 months and up to 50% at 48 months, subject to final inspection, vehicle condition, service history, mileage/usage, and other checks determined by Ola.
• This program is not a separately purchasable add-on product and is not dependent on purchase of any separate subscription or protection plan.
• Customers may raise a buyback request only after completion of 36 months and up to 48 months from the date of vehicle delivery, unless otherwise specified by Ola.
• The buyback request must be initiated through the Ola App or any other channel designated by Ola. The customer must book and complete a vehicle evaluation appointment at an authorized Ola evaluation/service center.
• The final buyback value shall be determined only after physical inspection and evaluation of the vehicle by Ola or its authorized representative. Any indicative value communicated prior to inspection shall be non-binding.
• Minor wear and tear arising from normal use may be acceptable. However, Ola reserves the right to assess the effect of such wear and tear on the final buyback value.
• The buyback value shall be provided only in the form of Ola Credits. No cash payout, bank transfer, cheque, or any other cash equivalent shall be provided.
• Ola Credits may be redeemed only against eligible Ola products, in accordance with Ola’s redemption rules in force at the time of use. Credits may be subject to validity period, product restrictions, and other usage conditions.
• The buyback benefit and resulting Ola Credits are non-transferable, unless expressly permitted by Ola in writing.
• The registered owner must provide all documents, declarations, consents, and verification details required by Ola, including proof of ownership, KYC, service history, and loan closure documents where applicable.
• Final buyback shall be completed only upon successful handover of the vehicle, keys, charger/accessories as required, and all applicable documents, in the manner prescribed by Ola.
• Ola reserves the right to reject any buyback request, revise the quoted value, or withhold issuance of Ola Credits if eligibility conditions are not met or if any discrepancy, fraud, or misrepresentation is detected.
• The stated percentages represent maximum eligible buyback levels only. The final buyback value is not guaranteed and may be lower depending on inspection outcome and program rules.
• Ola reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue the program, including its eligibility criteria, valuation methodology, and redemption rules, at its sole discretion.
• In case of any dispute relating to eligibility, valuation, documentation, vehicle condition, or redemption of Ola Credits, Ola’s decision shall be final and binding.

Limitations

• Offer is non-transferable.
• Ola Electric reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw the offer at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Ola Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of participation in this Offer.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Ola Electric shall be final and binding.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

General Conditions

Force Majeure:

• Force Majeure: Ola Electric shall not be responsible for any failure to perform any obligations under this Offer due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, war, civil unrest, government actions, supply chain disruptions or strikes.
• Vehicle allocation is subject to availability and only on successful payment completion during the abovementioned Offer period.
• All prices, offers, and variants are subject to change based on prevailing company policy.
• Cancellations will be subject to standard Ola cancellation policies.
• In case of cancellation or payment reversal, the booking will not be reinstated at the same price outside the abovementioned Offer period.
• By choosing to avail the abovementioned offer shall constitute deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Offer Validity

• The Muhurat offer is applicable only during the declared Muhurat time window from 1st April, 2026 till 7th April, 2026 as communicated by Ola Electric.
• The offer is valid for a limited number of vehicles per day and the number of units shall be disclosed by Ola Electric at the beginning of the Muhurat time window. The number of units may vary each day during the Muhurat offer period which shall be communicated by Ola Electric through official channels of communication.

Eligibility

• Applicable only to customers choosing to opt to purchase the vehicle through the Ola Electric app, through the Ola Electric website and physically at the Ola Stores during the Muhurat time slot.
• The offer will be extended to the first eligible customers per day who shall successfully place an order during the Muhurat window. The number of eligible customers may vary each day during the Muhurat offer period.

Offer Details

• 30 units of Roadster X 4.5 kWh at ₹79,999 shall be offered to the 30 eligible customers during the Muhurat offer period window on the 1st April, 2026.
• 30 units of Roadster X 3.5 kWh at ₹69,999 shall be offered to the 30 eligible customers during the Muhurat offer period window on the 2nd April, 2026.
• 30 units of Roadster X+ 4.5 kWh at ₹84,999 shall be offered to the 30 eligible customers during the Muhurat offer period window on the 3rd April, 2026.
• 30 units of Roadster X 4.5 kWh at ₹79,999 shall be offered to the 30 eligible customers during the Muhurat offer period window on the 4th April, 2026.
