Akshay Trithiya Offer Terms and Conditions

Offer Validity

• The Akshay Trithiya Offer (“Offer”) is applicable only during the declared offer period from 18th April, 2026 till 19th April, 2026 as communicated by Ola Electric through its official channels.
• The eligibility to participate in this offer is valid on successful purchase of any variant of the S1 X, any variant of the S1 Pro and any variant of the Roadster X.
• The purchase of the any variant of the above mentioned models shall be clubbed with the ongoing #EndIceAge offer

Eligibility

• The Offer is only extended to Customers choosing to opt to purchase through all official Ola Electric channels, including the official website, app or Ola Stores, during the Offer period and who successfully place an order for the abovementioned variant/model of the Ola Vehicle during the Offer window.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product variant without prior notice.

Offer Details

• Customers may stand a chance to win a total of 2 units of the Ola Sona, i.e., 1 unit of Ola Sona on the 18th April, 2026 and 1 unit of Ola Sona on the 19th April, 2026 during the Offer window.
• A total of 2 customers will stand a chance to win the Ola Sona under this Offer during the Offer period.
• Customers shall be eligible to participate and to win the Ola Sona under this Offer only through purchase of any variant of the S1 X, S1 Pro and the Roadster through official Ola Electric channels, including the official website, app or Ola Stores during the specified Offer window as shall be notified by Ola Electric through official channels.
• Customers shall only be eligible to participate for the Offer for the valid purchases successfully completed within the Offer window.
• By participating in this Offer, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any modifications or updates that are made by Ola Electric. If the Customer is not agreeable to these terms and conditions or these policies, the Customer should not participate in the Contest.
• The prize i.e, units of Ola Sona, shall be determined at all times by Ola Electric in its sole discretion and any change will be final and binding upon every Customer/winner.
• Ola Electric shall communicate to the Customer/Winner by email/phone call given by such winner at the time of purchase of the vehicle. In the event that the winner does not acknowledge or respond to Ola Electric’s email or phone call within 24 hours or accept or collect their prize within 24 hours or provide any further information requested by Ola Electric within 24 hours, the winner shall be considered to have forfeited the prize and Ola Electric shall have the right to award the same prize to another winner.
• Ola Electric is not responsible for failure to contact the winner or in case the prize does not reach the winner, for any reason beyond its control.
• The winner will be liable to pay all taxes, duties, perquisite tax, income tax and/or surcharges that may be levied on competition/contest prizes/awards and for any expenses not specified in the description of prizes.
• The winners shall only receive their prizes mentioned above post delivery of the variant of the model purchased under this offer.

Customer Eligibility

• The Customer must be a citizen as well as a resident of India.
• The minimum age of the Customer shall be 18 years.
• The Customer warrants that she/he fulfills the eligibility criteria as laid down under these Terms and Conditions and other relevant communication shared by Ola Electric. All entries in this Contest will be automatically disqualified without notice if the Customer does not fulfil any of the above criteria.
• The Customer will have to answer a question to the best of their knowledge and display their skill of creativity. On the Customer answering the question successfully, the Customer may be shortlisted to win the prize mentioned above, as determined by Ola Electric.
• Winner: Out of all the eligible entries, a pre-determined number of winners will be selected by a panel of judges. Ola Electric reserves the right of selection of winners and such selection shall be as per procedure adopted at Ola Electric’s sole discretion. Ola Electric’s decision in this regard shall be final.
• Each winner must accept his/her prize (i.e., units of Ola Sona) in the form in which it is given by Ola Electric. Under no circumstances will cash or any other reward be given as an alternative. The Customer understands and agrees that the gratification is non-transferable and must be accepted as-is.
• The Customer warrants that the Customer is the sole owner/creator of any and all materials submitted by the Customer as part of the Contest including but not limited to all details mentioned by the Customer.
• The Customer has obtained all necessary consents, if any, before submitting the Material and neither the Material nor its exploitation by Ola Electric or its affiliates will infringe any rights of any third party.
• Contest entries and any Material (whether in written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination thereof) submitted by the Customer is the property of Ola Electric and Ola Electric shall have the right, in perpetuity, to use the Material in any medium (including internet) free of charge and in any reasonable manner it sees fit. All present and future intellectual property rights in any such Material becomes and remains the sole property of Ola Electric. Customers hereby expressly, irrevocably and unconditionally waive, to the maximum extent possible, all moral rights to which he/she may now or at any time be entitled in respect of any document protected by intellectual property rights.

Redemption & Purchase

• Validity for purchase is restricted to the abovementioned Offer period only and cannot be carried forward or transferred or redeemed at a future time period.
• Orders once placed under the offer cannot be cancelled, transferred or modified to claim benefits outside the abovementioned Offer period.
• The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional scheme, exchange offer, corporate offer, referral benefit or discount unless expressly permitted by Ola Electric in writing.

Limitations

• The Offer is non-transferable.
• Ola Electric reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw the offer at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Ola Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of participation in this Offer.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Ola Electric shall be final and binding.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

General Conditions

• Vehicle allocation is subject to availability and only on successful payment completion during the Offer window.
• All prices, offers, and variants are subject to change based on prevailing company policy.
• Cancellations will be subject to standard Ola cancellation policies.
• In case of cancellation or payment reversal, the booking will not be reinstated at the same price outside the Offer window.
• The participation in this offer is valid during the specified offer windows only. Ola reserves the right to withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.
• Ola reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate the offer, at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice and without any liability. Any such modifications or cancellations will be subject to standard Ola cancellation policies.
• Ola Electric reserves the right to disqualify any Customer and/or winner who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or has in the opinion of Ola Electric, engaged in conduct in entering or participating in this Offer which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Offer and/or Ola Electric.
• Participation in the offer does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeline and shall be subject to variant availability, statutory approvals and completion of documentation, unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
• Data Usage and Privacy: By participating in this offer, customers / participants consent to the use of their personal data for campaign administration, to conduct the contest and product delivery, in accordance with Ola’s Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• Offer prices are exclusive to this campaign and applicable only to selected customers. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• All refunds shall be subject to Ola’s prevailing refund policy, and will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise communicated.
• A total of 2 units of Ola Sona (1 unit of Ola Sona on the 18th April, 2026 and 1 unit of Ola Sona on the 19th April, 2026) are available under this Offer. Once allocated, no further units will be offered during this Offer.
• In case of any dispute, Ola Electric’s decision shall be final and binding.
