Terms & Conditions - Shakti Muhurat Offer

Eligibility & Validity:

• Customers must pre-book the Ola Shakti product via the Ola App or Website during the declared Muhurat window by paying a ₹999 refundable booking amount

• Only bookings made during the Muhurat window, as available on the website and Ola’s official channels, are eligible for the offer.

• To qualify, participants must answer three questions correctly during the booking process.

Offer Details:

• A total of 108 units (45 units of 1.5 kWh, 18 units of 5.2 kWh, 45 units of 9.1 kWh) are available under the campaign.

• 108 customers will be selected to purchase Ola Shakti at the announced prices for their respective variants.

• Winners will be announced in January 2026 on Ola’s official social media channels.

Selection & Fulfilment:

• Winners will receive priority delivery once Ola Shakti is launched commercially.

• Only participants who answer all questions correctly will be considered for winner selection.

• Participants must complete the required steps (e.g., booking, registration, quiz) within the Muhurat window to be considered.

• Only entries received through the official platform (e.g., app, website) will be valid.

• Out of all the eligible and correct entries, a pre-determined number of Winners will be selected through an automated, randomized, system-driven process to ensure fairness and impartiality.

• Ola reserves the right of selection of the winners and such selection shall be as per the procedure adopted at Ola’s sole discretion. Ola’s decision in this regard shall be final. Ola also reserves the add, alternative, amend these terms at its sole discretion.

• Each winner must accept his/her prize in the form in which it is given by Ola. The Participant(s) understands and agrees that the prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as-is.

• Selected winners will be contacted via registered mobile number/email provided by the customer.

General Conditions:

• The participation in this offer is valid from 17th Oct to 21st Oct 2025 only. Ola reserves the right to withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.

• Ola reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications

• Cancellations will be subject to standard Ola cancellation policies.

• Participation in the offer does not guarantee selection or delivery unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

• Data Usage and Privacy: By participating in this offer, customers / participants consent to the use of their personal data for campaign administration, winner communication, and product delivery, in accordance with Ola’s Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Priority delivery means selected winners will receive their Ola Shakti units on priority (subject to production and logistics timelines).

• Sticker prices are exclusive to this campaign and applicable only to selected winners. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Refunds of the ₹999 refundable booking amount, will be processed within sixty (60) working days following the official announcement of winners as detailed herein. All refunds shall be subject to Ola’s prevailing refund policy, and will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise communicated.

• In case of cancellation or payment reversal, the booking will not be reinstated at the same price outside the Muhurat window.

• Only 108 units are available under this offer. Once allocated, no further units will be offered at sticker price.

• Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
  (i) These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
  (ii) Any disputes arising from or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. .
