Ola Roadster X+ 9.1 Price Drop Offer Terms and Conditions

Offer Validity

• The Offer is applicable only during the declared offer window on the 3rd April, 2026 between 6pm to 9pm, as communicated by Ola Electric through its official channels.
• The Offer is valid for the Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh variant during the Offer window.

Eligibility

• The Offer is applicable to customers choosing to opt to purchase through all official Ola Electric channels, including the official website, app or Ola Stores, during the Offer period.
• The Offer will be extended to customers who successfully place an order for the abovementioned variant/model of the vehicle during the Offer window.
• The Offer shall be subject to availability of stocks of the Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh variant.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product variant without prior notice.
• The offer will be extended to the eligible customers who shall successfully place an order during the Offer window.

Offer Details

• Units of Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh at ₹1,29,999 shall be offered to eligible customers during the Offer period window on the 3rd April, 2026, between 6pm to 9pm. The decision for the number of units sold shall be at the sole discretion of Ola Electric.
• Final on-road price shall be communicated at the time of purchase of the vehicle.
• Offer is applicable only on the above vehicle variant subject to availability in the inventory.

Redemption & Purchase

• Validity for purchase is restricted to the abovementioned Offer period only and cannot be carried forward or transferred or redeemed at a future time period.
• Orders once placed under the offer cannot be cancelled, transferred or modified to claim benefits outside the abovementioned Offer period.

Limitations

• Offer is non-transferable
• Ola Electric reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw the offer at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Ola Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of participation in this Offer.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Ola Electric shall be final and binding.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Refunds shall be made based on the prevailing company policy and solely on Ola Electric’s discretion.

General Conditions

• Vehicle allocation is subject to availability and only on successful payment completion during the Offer window.
• All prices, offers, and variants are subject to change based on prevailing company policy.
• Cancellations will be subject to standard Ola cancellation policies.
• In case of cancellation or payment reversal, the booking will not be reinstated at the same price outside the Offer window.
