How can I track my scooter's charging status?

My scooter is charging for over an hour but my charging status is unchanged.

If my Ola Scooter is completely discharged and my phone is about to run out of battery, can I still authenticate my Ola Scooter to initiate charging?

The Ola scooter can perform the authentication even when the battery is fully discharged. All you need to do is plug in the charger to your scooter. You may have to wait for a few minutes before the scooter is functional again.

Can I charge my Ola scooter in the rain?

Ola's Hypercharger and Home Chargers come with an IP rating of IP55 and IP67 respectively. Come rain or snow, you can charge your scooter. However, as a precautionary measure, we recommend not to start or stop charging while it is still raining.

My scooter is displaying a heating problem when charging.

My scooter was fully charged but I forgot to unplug it for three hours. Will this affect my battery?

The Ola Home Charger automatically cuts power supply once the battery is fully charged. This ensures the battery isn't affected even if you forget to unplug the charger.

Does the home charger have auto cut-off and surge protection?

How long will it take to charge the scooter at home?

With the Home Charger, the Ola S1 goes from 0-100% in approximately five hours, giving you a range of 121 km. The Ola S1 Pro goes from 0-100% in approximately six hours and 30 mins, giving you a true range of 135 km. With an Ola Hypercharger, you can fast-charge the Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro to get to 50% charge in 18 minutes.*

There are no subscription plans currently

How many charging points are present in my city?

All new Hyperchargers that get added to the network will be uploaded to Gmaps and MapMyIndia. Search for 'Ola Hypercharger' on your map portal.

Someone tampered with my charging scooter, how do I lodge a complaint?
