Eligibility Criteria for Community:

Any Individual (on the website www.olaelectric.com or the Ola Electric App - outside of the purchase journey) (hereinafter referred to as the “Referrer”) who owns an Ola electric vehicle successfully refers to another natural person for purchasing an Ola vehicle (“Referred”).
The award amount will be determined on the basis of the number of successful Referred and not the number of vehicles purchased by the Referred. There is a maximum limit of 3 successful referrals in one calendar month.
The Referred person must complete the purchase process and also support the delivery of the Ola vehicle with all formalities completed.
The referral rewards are applicable for referred vehicle purchases made on or after 10th February, 2026 (against referrals made prior to, on, or after this date).
Rewards will be paid out as per the reward structure at the time of purchase of the referred vehicle and the order of the delivery of the referred vehicle. For example, a vehicle purchased by the Referee on or after 10th February, 2026 makes the Referrer eligible for the INR 1000/- on each successful purchase by the Referee.
For a successful referral, the referee should use the same mobile number for purchase of Ola vehicle, which has been given in the referral by the referrer.
For participating in this campaign, you have to be 18 years of age or above and meet all the necessary legal compliances for owning a vehicle;
You confirm that you are an Indian Citizen presently residing in India;
The reward/s as may be associated with this campaign are non-transferrable;
The referrer is as per Ola Electric Technologies Pvt Ltd’s log details and the eligibility is determined by Ola Electric Technologies Pvt Ltd under the present Terms and Conditions which may be modified in the sole discretion of Ola Electric Technologies Pvt Ltd;
If the same person has been Referred by multiple people, the first person to have provided the details of the Referred shall be deemed to be eligible for the Award.
If there are any frauds detected or it comes to our knowledge that any referred person is not personally known to the referrer or any misrepresentation is detected, Ola reserves the right to blacklist the referrer from participating in any future offers by Ola or its related companies.
The referrer will be eligible for the benefits only if the person who has been referred, orders the vehicle within 30 days starting from the date of referral
The order date and time for referee should be post the referral date and time
A referrer cannot put in his/her/their own alternate details as Referred, such purchases shall be ineligible for the award;
The referrer shall bear all applicable taxes.

Award for Community:

On each successful referral, the customer gets a cash reward of up to INR 1000/- for every successful referral in the month, with the number of referrals capped at 3 per month.

Terms and Conditions for Community:

Offer is valid until revoked at the sole discretion of Ola Electric Technologies Pvt Ltd.
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Party as prescribed under applicable laws.

Award for Community:

One voucher with all discount components, the customer gets a voucher of up to INR 3000/- on every successful referral in the month this will be capped at 5 vouchers/month. A customer cannot hold more than 10 coupons in total at a time.
Only one coupon can be redeemed against only one of the items added in the cart and only one time.
The coupon will be valid only till the prescribed date and not more than 30 days from delivery of the scooter. It will be auto applied in the cart when the referrer adds either an accessory or a warranty or a charger to the cart. The discounts available are as follows:

INR 1000 off on scooter cover, buddy step, Care+

INR 1000 off on 8yr/1L battery warranty

INR 2000 off on portable charger

INR 3000 off on fast charger

8 yr/80k on 5th successful referral in the lifetime to be provided

If eligible for 8 yr/80k, voucher will not be given for the respective successful referral (i.e. referrer gets one of the benefits, either warranty or voucher)

The Referred person must complete the purchase process and also support the delivery of the Ola Scooter with all formalities completed.
The referral rewards are applicable for referrals made on or after 18 Feb 2024 and scooter purchases made on or after 18 Feb 2024 (against referrals made prior to this date).
Rewards will be paid out as per the reward structure at the time of purchase of the referee scooter and the order of the delivery of referee scooter. For example,
A scooter purchased by the referee prior to 18th Feb, makes the Referrer eligible for Ola Care+ only if the scooter is delivered first in the lifetime of successfully delivered referred scooters.
An S1 Pro Gen 2 scooter purchased by the referee prior to 18th Feb, makes the Referrer eligible for INR 2,000 Ola Money cashback only if the scooter is delivered before the monthly max cap of 5 successfully delivered referred scooters is reached)

Award for Community:

The referrer shall, on meeting the above Eligibility Criteria, get INR 1000 credited in their Ola Money wallet as a cashback per successful Referred purchase of S1 Pro/S1 Air/S1 X+/S1 X(2/3/4 kWh)
The referrer shall, on meeting the above Eligibility Criteria, get one of the following rewards upon their 5th successful referral
1. 8-year/80,000 km Battery Warranty
2. In case the referrer already has 8-year/80,000km battery warranty, they will be eligible for 8-year/100,000km battery warranty top-up
3. In case the referrer already has 8-year/80,000km or 8-year/100,000km battery warranty, they will be eligible for INR 5000 cashback in their Ola Money wallet
If the referrer has crossed the ownership of 1 year, i.e. their scooter was delivered over 365 days from the date of delivery of the referee scooter, they will be ineligible for 8-year/80,000km battery warranty. In such cases, the referrer will be rewarded with INR 5000 cashback in their Ola Money wallet
Any Ola S1 X (2/3/4 kWh) purchased between 2nd Feb - 29th Feb ‘24 will make the Referrer eligible for INR 2,000 Ola Money cashback

Terms and Conditions for Community

The amount will be credited to the referrer within 30 days’ post vehicle delivery to the referred and post activation of referrer’s Ola money wallet. For the amount to be credited, the referrer should have an active Ola Money wallet, and with the KYC having been completed. The transfer of the amount will be subject to conditions of Ola Money Wallet. The Terms and Conditions and policies (as amended from time to time) of Ola Money Wallet shall be unequivocally applicable for utilization of this cash back.
