Terms & Conditions - Prarambh 2026 In Store Muhurat Offer

Eligibility & Validity:

• The In-Store Muhurat Offer (“Offer”) is valid only for select products like specific variants of Ola Shakti, the S1 Pro+ and the Roadster X+ available exclusively through in-store retails/customer check-ins at authorized Ola Stores.

• The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to limited units per model per product per day and shall automatically lapse once the allocated units are sold.

• For clarity, the Offer is limited to the first 20 (twenty) customers per variant, per product, per day, at the authorized Ola Stores only, subject to successful in-store check-in.

• The Offer is applicable on select variants only, as determined by Ola Electric and availability may vary by location.

• Only bookings made during the Muhurat window, as available on the website and Ola’s official channels, are eligible for this Offer.

Offer Details:

• A total of 80 units of Ola Shakti (20 units of 5.2 kWh, 20 units of 9.1 kWh per day over two days) are available in-stores under the Offer.

• A total of 40 units of S1 Pro+ 5.2kWh (20 units per product per day over two days) and 40 units of Roadster X+ 9.1kWh (20 units per product per day over two days) are available in-stores under the Offer.

• A total of 160 customers will be eligible to purchase the products under this Offer for their respective variants and products.

• Customers shall only be eligible to avail this Offer in-store only during the specified Muhurat windows on the 14th January and the 15th January, 2026 as shall be notified by Ola Electric through official channels and only eligible for purchases completed within such time window.

Fulfilment for the Offer:

• The Customers must complete the in-store booking formalities during the applicable Muhurat period to be eligible for the Offer. Online bookings or post-event conversions shall not qualify.

• The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional scheme, exchange offer, corporate offer, referral benefit or discount unless expressly permitted by Ola Electric in writing.

General Conditions:

• The participation in this offer is valid on 14th Jan and 15th Jan, 2026, during the specified offer windows only. Ola reserves the right to withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.

• Ola reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate the offer, at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice and without any liability. Any such modifications

• Cancellations will be subject to standard Ola cancellation policies.

• Participation in the offer does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeline and shall be subject to variant availability, statutory approvals and completion of documentation, unless explicitly confirmed in writing

• Data Usage and Privacy: By participating in this offer, customers / participants consent to the use of their personal data for campaign administration, winner communication, and product delivery, in accordance with Ola’s Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Priority delivery means selected customers will receive their specific Ola Shakti variant units and the Ola S1 Pro + units and the Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh units on priority (subject to production and logistics timelines).

• Offer prices are exclusive to this campaign and applicable only to selected customers. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• All refunds shall be subject to Ola’s prevailing refund policy, and will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise communicated.

• In case of cancellation or payment reversal, the booking will not be reinstated at the same price outside the Muhurat window.

• A total of 80 units of Ola Shakti (20 units of 5.2 kWh, 20 units of 9.1 kWh per day over two days) and a total of 40 units of S1 Pro+ 5.2kWh (20 units per product per day over two days) and 40 units of Roadster X+ 9.1kWh (20 units per product per day over two days) are available under this Offer. Once allocated, no further units will be offered at the Offer prices.

• In case of any dispute, Ola Electric’s decision shall be final and binding.

• Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
  (i) These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
  (ii) Any disputes arising from or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
