Offer Validity

• The Navratri offer is applicable only during the declared offer period during Navratri period from 19th March, 2026 till 27th March, 2026 as communicated by Ola Electric.
• The offer is valid on the following variants:
• S1 X 3kWh, S1 X 4kWh, S1 X+ 4kWh
• S1 Pro 3kWh, S1 Pro 4kWh, S1 Pro+ 4kWh, S1 Pro+ 5.2 kWh
• Roadster X 3.5kWh, Roadster X 4.5kWh, Roadster X+ 4.5 kWh

Eligibility

• Applicable only to customers choosing to opt to purchase through the Ola Electric app and website during the Offer period.
• The offer will be extended to customers who successfully place an order for a vehicle variant during the auspicious Navaratri Offer window.

Offer Details

• The following offer is valid on the following variants:
• S1 X 3kWh, S1 X 4kWh, S1 X+ 4kWh : ₹9,999 off + 8 Year EW from 19th to 27th March, 2026
• S1 Pro 3kWh, S1 Pro 4kWh, S1 Pro+ 4kWh, S1 Pro+ 5.2 kWh: ₹9,999 off + 8 Year EW from 19th to 27th March, 2026
• Roadster X 3.5kWh, Roadster X 4.5kWh, Roadster X+ 4.5 kWh: 8-year Warranty from 19th to 27th March, 2026
• Offer applicable only on vehicles available in store inventory, hub inventory, or neighboring store inventory.

Redemption & Purchase

• Validity for purchase is restricted only to the Navaratri offer period only and cannot be carried forward or transferred.
• Orders once placed under the offer cannot be cancelled, transferred or modified to claim benefits outside the Navaratri offer period.

Limitations

• Offer is non-transferable.
• Ola Electric reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Ola Electric shall be final and binding.

General Conditions

• Vehicle allocation is subject to availability and only on successful payment completion during the Navaratri offer period.
• All prices, offers, and variants are subject to change based on prevailing company policy.
• Cancellations will be subject to standard Ola cancellation policies.
• In case of cancellation or payment reversal, the booking will not be reinstated at the same price outside the Navaratri offer period.

Terms & Conditions - Ola Muhurat Offer

Offer Validity

• The Muhurat offer is applicable only during the declared Muhurat time window during Navaratri period from 19th March, 2026 till 27th March, 2026 as communicated by Ola Electric.
• The offer is valid for a limited number of vehicles per day - 9 units per model (9 S1 Pro+ 4 and 9 Roadster X+ 4.5) which is a total of 18 vehicles per day of the bikes and scooters. A total of 162 units to be offered for the nine days.

Eligibility

• Applicable only to customers choosing to opt to purchase through the Ola Electric app and website during the Muhurat time slot.
• The offer will be extended to the 18 eligible customers per day who successfully place an order during the Muhurat window.
• During the auspicious Navaratri period, a total of only 162 eligible customers will receive the Muhurat offer.

Offer Details

• 9 units each of S1 Pro+ 4 at ₹99,999 and 9 units each of Roadster X+ 4.5 at ₹79,999 window shall be offered to the eligible customers every night of Navatri during a 90-minute period.
• Offer applicable only on vehicles available in store inventory, hub inventory, or neighboring store inventory.
