Terms & Conditions - Muhurat 2.0 Offer

Offer Validity

• The Muhurat 2.0 offer is applicable only during the declared Muhurat time window on Dhanteras (18th Oct) and Diwali (20th Oct), and on the preceding festive days as communicated by Ola Electric.

• The offer is valid for a limited number of vehicles per day — 51 units (25 bikes, 26 scooters), and 75 units (40 scooters, 35 bikes) on Dhanteras and Diwali.

Eligibility

• Applicable only to customers who check in physically at an Ola Experience Centre during the Muhurat time slot.

• The offer will be extended to the first 51 eligible customers who successfully place an order during the Muhurat window.

• On Dhanteras and Diwali, first 75 eligible customers will receive the offer

Offer Details

• ₹10,000 additional festive discount applicable on all variants during the Muhurat window.

• The ₹10,000 offer is provided as an instant discount for scooters and as a cashback for bikes credited post delivery

• Offer applicable only on vehicles available in store inventory, hub inventory, or neighboring store inventory.

Redemption & Purchase

• Validity is restricted to the Muhurat window only and cannot be carried forward or transferred.

• Orders once placed under the offer cannot be cancelled or modified to claim benefits outside the Muhurat period.

Limitations

• Offer is non-transferable

• Ola Electric reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

• In case of disputes, the decision of Ola Electric shall be final and binding.

• Cancellations will be subject to standard Ola cancellation policies.

• In case of cancellation or payment reversal, the booking will not be reinstated at the same price outside the Muhurat window.
